Great and long awaited update to one if my favourite field apps. The photos are prettier, bigger and the gallery is finally usable. It makes identifying plants and trees that much easier. Thanks for listening to your customers. I wish you lots of success with this version. I wrote the review below in 2009 (!) Great solution for the garden of our new house. I would like to see larger photos/thumbnails as well as a plant identifier function like what epocrates does for medicine pills. Otherwise its well worth the price paid.

Extremely useful! My only problem seems to be that I cant see any photos of the plants.

Great app, it appears your working on updating images and descriptions. Keep up the good work, I cant wait until everything is updated- pictures, description, genus+species, and uses, edibility, psychoactive, ect...

Downloaded and I am very happy with what is on it now. What is needed is a search function and more plants & pictures added, but from a first kick it is very good.

Very interesting information but need more pics of the plants/flowers!! When do the flowers come out? Whats the best time to plant? Thanks.

One feature that could really improve this app would be to be able to clasify plants by latin names.

I bought this app to identify plants, but many of the plants listed still do not have pictures. I would like more than one picture for each plant, to show both flowers and leaves. I do find the information well organized and useful.

I know many of the plants, but dont remember medicinal properties or what parts to use. This app is great on a plant walk to not just find the plants but to read a concise description about the plant.

Please add garden plants, shrubs and trees along with cultivation information. That would be 5 stars.

In order to make this app more useful, it needs to be capable of giving a list of plants that could be useful for a given symptom. For instance, I have a cold... which plants could offer me some relief. Could it be possible to enter "cold" into a search bar and a list of options would come up instead of looking through every single plant listed? If and when this update comes availabe, I would give it 10 stars.
